Who we are
This website is operated by ALL PEST FREE SYDNEY PTY LTD (ABN 87 698 390 359), trading as All Pest Free Sydney. We hold NSW EPA Pesticide Technician Licence No. 5074197 and provide pest control services across Sydney & Greater Sydney, NSW.

What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. It applies to this website and to the pest control services we provide.
What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to quote for and carry out pest control work. Through the quote form on this site that is:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number
- your suburb
- the type of property
- the pest you are dealing with and when you would like the work done
- anything else you choose to write in the description field
If you phone or email us instead, we collect whatever you tell us in that conversation. When we attend a property we also keep a record of the treatment: what was applied, where, and any follow-up required. We are required to keep those treatment records under our pesticide licence.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Why we collect it
To prepare a quote, to arrange and carry out the work, to contact you about your booking, to meet the record-keeping obligations attached to our licence, and to respond if you raise a problem with the service.
Who we share it with
Our own technicians and office staff, so they can do the work. Beyond that we disclose personal information only where we are required to by law, or where you have asked us to (for example, a property manager arranging access on your behalf).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it to overseas recipients.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics, and does not carry advertising or social media tracking pixels. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
If that changes — for example if we add website analytics — we will update this section before doing so.
How we store and protect it
Personal information is held in our booking and job records, with access limited to the staff who need it. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal and licensing obligations, and we destroy or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Contact us at 1300 000 000 or via our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable period. If we refuse a request we will tell you why in writing.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, please tell us first at 1300 000 000 or via our contact form so we can look into it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can take the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
