About these terms

These terms apply to pest control services provided by ALL PEST FREE SYDNEY PTY LTD (ABN 87 698 390 359), trading as All Pest Free Sydney, and to your use of this website. By booking a service you agree to them.

Our licence

We hold NSW EPA Pesticide Technician Licence No. 5074197. All treatments are carried out by licensed technicians using products registered for the purpose by the APVMA, applied according to their labels.

Quotes and pricing

Prices advertised on this site start from $89. That is a starting price, not a fixed price for every job — what a treatment costs depends on the property, the pest and the extent of the problem.

You will be given a quote before any work begins, and no work starts until you have approved it. If a technician finds something on site that changes the scope, they will stop and requote rather than proceed and add to the bill.

Any online booking discount applies to the quoted service price and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise in writing.

Booking, access and preparation

You are responsible for giving us safe access to the property at the agreed time, and for telling us about anything that affects how we work there — pets, children, allergies, medical conditions, fish tanks or beehives, and any known hazards such as asbestos or unsafe flooring.

We will tell you what preparation is needed before we arrive. If the property is not prepared and the treatment cannot be carried out properly, we may need to reschedule and a call-out fee may apply.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking. If we arrive and cannot access the property, or the booking is cancelled at the door, a call-out fee may apply.

Safety, pets and re-entry

We will tell you the re-entry period for your treatment and any steps to take afterwards. Follow those instructions — they exist to keep your household and pets safe. Keep people and animals out of treated areas until the technician says it is safe to return.

After the treatment

It is normal to see some pest activity for a period after a treatment as the product takes effect. We will explain what to expect for your particular treatment.

If the problem persists beyond that period, contact us and we will come back and reassess. Any warranty period attached to your treatment will be set out on your quote or invoice.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, you are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose you told us about.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those guarantees. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Things outside our control

We cannot guarantee that a property will never see another pest. Pest pressure depends on the surrounding environment, neighbouring properties, weather, building condition and how the property is maintained. What we guarantee is that the work is carried out properly, by licensed technicians, with the right products.

This website

The text, layout and photography on this site are ours or used under licence, and may not be copied or republished without permission. Photographs of pest species on our pest pages are used under Creative Commons licences and are credited on the page where they appear; those images remain the property of their photographers and are subject to their own licence terms.

We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is general information about pest control, not advice about your specific property. For that, book an inspection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
